​"I have been coming to Studio Z since 2013.  Before coming here I had tried another studio, and didn't feel comfortable;  I went once, bought a package but never returned.  After my first session with Melanie, at Studio Z, I knew I had found my studio.  I began twice weekly private sessions and felt stronger not only in body but also in mind in a very short period of time.  I looked forward to my sessions after a stressful day at work and knew I could walk into the studio with a headache and come out feeling refreshed.   Some days I didn't know if I could make it, but I never cancelled and I have never regretted a session.  I slowly saw my body transform and dropped a pant size, which was a great benefit but most importantly to me, I gained confidence in myself. 

I often tell people Pilates has changed my life, and they look at me in disbelief.  I know, however, this to be true and don't know if I would have found this at another studio.  Melanie and Shelley truly care about each of their clients and take the time and energy to make sure each of their clients receives their full attention.  Thank you Studio Z!   You Rock!!!!"

"I started working with Shelley a little over 4 years ago. I went because my wife suggested I try Pilates to help with some back pain, I had no idea what to expect.  Shelley taught me about the importance of posture, strengthening my core, and engaging muscles that I don't normally use.  As a pharmacist, this is so important.  I used to slump over my counter, which caused my back pain.  Since starting Pilates, I have not had any back issues!  Another bonus has been with my golf game.  I now engage my core muscles, which has increased my distance 20-30 yards.  With a stronger core my golf swing has also been more consistent for the entire 18 holes.  Shelley has also taught me ways to make adjustments while I am sitting and standing.  I want to say, "Thank you, Shelley for your help.""
